I’m a proud mother of three, and my life has always been centered around family, laughter, and creating things with my own hands. I love crafting, I love people, and I’ve never been shy about making new friends — it’s just who I am. Whether I’m with my kids, my husband, or the people I meet along the way, I find joy in connection and in making others feel welcome.
My husband and I have been married for 25 years, and we’re still going strong. Our partnership is the foundation of everything we do, and I’m grateful every day for the life we’ve built together. My mom, dad, and extended family are also a huge part of who I am. Their love and support have shaped my values and the way I show up for others.
Professionally, I’ve spent years serving my community — first as a dental assistant and later working in our local school district. Those roles taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of being a steady, positive presence in people’s lives.
Today, I bring that same heart and energy to my role as President and majority owner of Core Gov Services. I’m committed to learning, growing, and leading a company that reflects my values: integrity, kindness, accountability, and a genuine desire to support others. With my husband by my side as COO, we’re building something meaningful together — a business rooted in service, family, and purpose.
My Story
Brandie is the President and majority owner of Core Gov Services LLC, providing the strategic leadership, business oversight, and long‑term vision that guide the company’s mission. As the firm’s top executive, she is responsible for all major decisions, including corporate governance, financial stewardship, client engagement priorities, and overall organizational direction.
She founded the company with a clear purpose: to build a values‑driven small business that delivers dependable, mission‑focused support to federal clients while creating opportunities for growth, learning, and community impact. Her leadership style is grounded in accountability, transparency, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service on every engagement.
In her role as President, she oversees company performance, approves operational strategies, and ensures that Core Gov Services maintains the standards required to support federal missions. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to align technical execution with the company’s strategic goals, while retaining full authority over business decisions and long‑term planning.
As a Puerto Rican woman entrepreneur, she brings a unique perspective to small business ownership—one shaped by resilience, service, and a deep belief in the power of opportunity. Her focus is on building a company that is both operationally strong and authentically people‑centered, with a foundation built on integrity, trust, and continuous improvement.
